Per avviare un reso o un cambio, vi invitiamo a contattare il nostro Servizio Clienti indicando il numero d'ordine e il motivo del reso. Una volta ricevuto e verificato il capo, i rimborsi approvati verranno accreditati sul metodo di pagamento originale. Le spese di spedizione per il reso sono a carico del cliente.
