We antwoorden met dezelfde zorg en precisie die onze stukken kenmerken: rustig, aandachtig en betrouwbaar.
Elke bestelling maken we met zorg klaar en controleren we nog een keer voordat het pakket ons atelier verlaat. Daar nemen we meestal 1 tot 2 werkdagen de tijd voor.
Daarna gaat je pakket op weg. We bezorgen in heel Nederland en België met PostNL en bpost, en de meeste bestellingen zijn binnen 4 tot 8 werkdagen bij je. Bij het afrekenen zie je meteen de verwachte bezorgdatum, zodat je weet waar je aan toe bent.
Iets langer dan je van andere webshops gewend bent — dat klopt. We werken met kleine oplages en bekijken elk stuk nog even goed voordat het de deur uit gaat. Dat kost wat extra tijd, maar zo weet je zeker dat alles klopt.
Zodra je bestelling onderweg is, krijg je een track & trace-code van ons. Zo kun je precies volgen waar je pakket is.
We willen dat elk stuk van Maison Cervane precies is wat je ervan verwacht. Is dat niet zo, dan kun je je bestelling binnen 30 dagen na ontvangst retourneren — een reden opgeven hoeft niet. We vragen alleen dat het item ongedragen is, met de labels er nog aan, en in originele staat.
Wil je iets retourneren of ruilen? Stuur ons even een bericht op help@maisoncervane.com met je bestelnummer, dan leggen we je uit hoe je het pakket naar ons terugstuurt. Je kunt ook het modelformulier voor herroeping gebruiken.
Zodra je retour bij ons binnen is, betalen we het bedrag binnen 7 dagen terug via dezelfde betaalmethode die je bij je bestelling hebt gebruikt. Hoe snel het daarna op je rekening staat, hangt af van je bank.
De kosten voor het terugsturen zijn voor eigen rekening.
